Change Request Form (CRF) on MCA-21 Introduction Ministry of Corporate Affair (MCA) introduced a new form Change Request Form (CRF) for resolution of complaint or request which could not be resolved by ordinary means or for which there is no alternative method for Company/Foreign Company/LLP/FLLP. Purposes Form is Initially made available for following purposes: Correction in master data of Company/Foreign Company/LLP/FLLP Filling of form in pursuance to Court’s/Tribunal’s directions Restriction CRF cannot be filed there is a Statutory Form or service available on MCA-21 Portal for this purpose. It is not a substitute to any reporting, application and registry requirements as per Companies Act, 2013, and LLP Act, 2008, and for such purposes the Form shall not be entertained and requests through this form are liable to be summarily rejected.
